“How long is the cable? I need to plug this into a computer for webcasts, and am wondering If there is a cord / cord adaptor I can use to lengthen it?”

Ita pretty long. You can stand like 6 or more feet away. But the cable feels cheap, and tangles easily. And ear cushions become crap after 5 or 6 months of daily use. And they dont have replacement for this model anymore only for the version 2 which uses a different way to attach them, so you out of a headset, and need to spend more money for the new model.
