You can adjust the band to fit around your head, but you cannot move the part around your ears to fit your face properly.

Please try again later.I've had these for almost a month.....the headphones can adjust to head size (about 9 clicks total to have it fit your head size) and the microphone can bend in all sorts of positions. Unfortunately the microphone can only be on the left side of the headset---it cannot go on the right side. It has an adjusting controller on the cord which you can mute yourself & adjust volume. The ear pieces themselves that cover the ears-----those swivel slightly up and down but not by much. Those are the only things I can see for physically adjusting on this headset.

Please try again later.It depends on what you mean adjust, you can adjust the headband portion, the mic is retractable and bendable so you can choose the placement of the mic to your mouth, and there is a volume control wheel on the wire to control how loud you are when speaking. Now if your are talking about connecting to a computer and adjusting sound that way I’m not sure it can be done I haven’t tried
