• Yes you can. The colors, where and what you want them to do on the mouse is completely customizable.

• You can using the software called Razer Synapse 3, which you can install using Razer.com. The lighting can be changed using the ‘Studio Feature’ and the software can be installed automatically when you insert the mouse into your Windows computer for the first time.

• Yeah. You can set it to any combination of whatever you want using Synapse. I actually have my mouse mirrored to my keyboard to they pulse the same colors at the same time.
