• There are LED's and it lights up, it is RGB so you can customize the colors with a 16.8 million color spectrum.

• The scroll wheel, the logo, and the left and right side do change colors. You can use the razer synapse to change the color settings

• It lights up in a fixed led color or alternating colors. My son LOVES this mouse...and worked hard for it. It is also programmable.
