“Does anyone else have a problem in which the mic doesn't work? My friends can't listen to me on pc and it's something about the headset because they can listen to me when I use other headset.”

you might be have to fix the audio settings on your device to connect it to the right headset

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try adjusting the game/chat balance mixer on the headset...and make sure the headset and controller aren't muted...then make sure u adjust the volume on everything
