A:AnswerShe may be too far from the usb dongle or there is some serious interference.. For me it was because originally it was sitting too close to the wireless router.. These run on the 2.4 frequency like the wireless router.. For me, i purchased a USB hub for my computer and was able to move it a bit away from the computer and then the beeping sound that it was losing signal went away and now they work flawlessly for me. Unless i walk to the other end of the house to get a drink from the fridge.. :)
