Yes ! Plug into usb and runs fine ! You can go into your settings and change your mouse sensitivity to your liking as well as changing the DVI on the mouse itself ! I would recommend it !

Xbox One doesn't support mouse input on the Home or within the Xbox user interface and Settings. A mouse will also not work in Edge, which already has an on-screen cursor.
