I’m also a 4”11 female and this mouse is a little big but not in a way that will make in uncomfortable to hold. it probably also depends on the way you hold it. Personally it’s size doesn’t bother me and my hands are very small.

Absolutely one of the best premium mouse products for small to medium hands. They have a low profile (not as tall) and is comfortable to use if you aren't a fan of the big humps in other Razer mouse products.
