Is this street legal? South Carolina Specifically.... null

I would say it's street legal but check with your local municpality on that to be sure. It's fast enough but not for the open main roads but side streets are okay. A protective helmet is a good idea for anybody of any age. Also wear bright or reflective colors or clothing when riding since you sit kind of low when riding on this bike. Plus the colors on the bike are nice retro look not brght enough to stand out going down the street.
