Will this work with the Changhong brand HDTV? null

Even if it doesn't, you can manually learn most of the buttons that you use on a regular basis. It doesn't recognize my Audio Space (Hong Kong) CD player or preamp, but I was able to successfully learn all the commands I needed.

It is not listed on the insert.

Go to Harmony.com and find out. That's the best way to do it. Have make and MODEL NUMBER when you do this.
