can i get 100 channels or more like US channesl null

The amount of channels you get depends on your area and how many networks that are in your area. I found about 40 channels in my area.

It all depends on how many over the air stations are close to you. I don't believe the literature gives a range (antenna placement, house construction, terrain, etc, can all affect the range). We're receiving about a dozen stations ~8-30 miles away.

Maybe, it depends on your location.

You can only pick up over the air broadcast within a certain mileage range, no cable based channels I get 20 channels, all local channels and some channels that are retro TV.

This antenna will receive over-the-air HD channels within reception range.
