A:AnswerIt uses a RF in this case. RF coaxial socket. Is your tv a monitor for gaming or PC with only HDMI input or VGA.
Some monitor doesn't have RF.
HDTV that has TV channel select will have RF in the back of the TV in the video setting,
It's needed to scan you local channel if your tv supports antenna or cable.
A:AnswerI would say you probably might want to go with something a little stronger than what we have because if you have a Lotta traffic it might not be strong enough?
A:AnswerHello - The signal strength at your location is one of the major factors on whether an antenna can receive a signal or not. Unfortunately there are some locations where it is difficult to get a great viewing experience with some antennas. We did review the Pottstown, PA area and do notice that there appears to be some decent signal strength in the area. Factors like the surrounding terrain (mountains), whether or not you have a line-of-sight to the broadcast towers and even materials used in construction of your dwelling have an impact on the signal indoors. In most instances, if you can place your antenna high up, near a window, facing the direction of your local broadcast towers you generally have better luck getting a signal. If you can send us an email at [email protected] we would be glad to assist you in determining which antenna would be best for your location.
A:AnswerI had to locate it in upper home level to extend the horizontal range.
The lower level was receiving only a handful of stations!
I know--towers R expensive!
Worst case: try it in a tree--I know--need more 75 OHM cabling!
This way U can decide B4 U invest in a tower!
