How do I to hookup this device null

Very simple just follow the directions. That easy

Use the RCA app to locate your broadcasting networks. Then place your TV antenna within that area. You attache the antenna end to another compartment that comes with it and then simply screw the antenna into the back of your TV where you would put the cable wire and then plug the other end into a wall outlet.
