“Will this work with an iphone 10? If so, do I need a special cable?”

To use this with an iPhone X you need to purchase two things: the Rode SC7 cable and a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter. Make sure you plug the black end (the TRS connector) into your VideoMicro and the grey end (the TRRS connector) into the lightning to 3.5mm adapter. If you plug it in the other way around, it will not work.

You don't seem to need the TRS cable listed as it comes with it. As for the lightning cable you will need that.

Probably not, if it did, it would require a Lightning to headphone adapter. RODE makes one specifically designed to work with the iPhone though, that has a Lightning connector, so I'd probably recommend going that route instead.
