Is there room for a headset? null

There is not, you can only store two controllers and maybe a couple cables in the storage bags located on the inside lid of the case

Depends on which headset that you're using. If it can fit in 1 of the pouches then yes. If not then no.

There is only one 3.5mm jack, so technically yes, but it doesn’t The full connection like the regular Xbox controllers have.
