Yes. They have a Version with the new plug.

Headset and Lightning are the only two connection types available with the Square Reader for magstripe at this time (https://squ.re/2nwCroq). If your device does not have a built-in port, you can purchase an adapter that enables you to connect 3.5mm audio accessories. Should neither of these options work with your device we can recommend the Square Reader for contactless + chip as an alternative (https://squ.re/2x1hCmE).
