In your shoes I would ask the show manager that question directly about how the other vendors handle Square sales. From the Square online seller community: Without wifi your options are to use a data enabled device, the easiest being a phone running IOS or Android(?). Hopefully there is a hotspot nearby. Or, you can use Square in Offline Mode. But if you do that, you run the risk of a sale being declined once you connect to wifi. You are responsible for the loss at that point, not Square. Good luck.

As long as you have cellular coverage on your phone, you can accept payments via your Square Reader.
