• Hey, there! Our hardware is no longer compatible with the iPad Mini 1st gen. Also, new releases of the Square Point of Sale app will only be available on devices running iOS 11 and later.

• If you have a lightning charger on the mini, and you have successfully downloaded the app, it should work.
