• Yes but they are not toys. We keep ours on a table on the back patio.

• Safe for the pets or the Thermacell? Our dogs do not sit too near it when it is operating. They do, however find a way to knock the Thermacell over on the ground, off small stands, and nearly into the pool.

• Yes put on table as long as you do not feed it to your pet
