“Can you hook up a physical or bluetooth keyboard? Was thinking this would be really efficient for writing client notes. I know it comes with touchscreen but I prefer physical for a lot of typing.”

It’s not a tablet. It only has Square software on it. I do not believe that you can hook anything else up to it. That being said, it’s fantastic. It works well, looks very sleek and our clients have even noticed it.
