• Go to the installation bay and ask for a replacement. The only info he need was brand and number of buttons on the FOB. They keep some in stock. They had to order mine so it took three days to get to the store. I went in again, they programmed the remote and I was out in 5 minutes.

• If you bought it at Best Buy they should have it in their system. If not have the tech look under your dash and see which one you have.
