A: Happened to me as well I googled the heck out of how to program it. On the driver side of my dashboard closest to my door is a small panel inside the panel is maybe a 1 inch long silver button. Put your car to the on position press the button 1 time wothin 10 seconds and let it go and then press and hold the button until you hear it connect. And if you dont hear it connect take the keys out and press your button and see if it connected. I did these steps a few times but my remote is working with no issues

A: I took it to best buy where it was installed and the guy that installed it went under dash and hit a button on installed receiver and it worked
A: Go to the installation bay and ask for a replacement. The only info he need was brand and number of buttons on the FOB. They keep some in stock. They had to order mine so it took three days to get to the store. I went in again, they programmed the remote and I was out in 5 minutes.
