Yes my red replace indicator light is still lit up. Why? Am I going to receive information when its time to change my filter? I am the only person using the water and a filter usually lasts me longer than 6 months! Will we be reimbursed for this inconvenience? Please explain why this is happening! Thank You. Please don't forget to bring the receipt; ask to exchange it for a new one. I am pretty sure the store will understand and replace it for a new one. Please let us know if it was a successful trip this time.
