“I ordered the SteelBook edition and I selected for both items to be shipped to me not in store pickup. While it shows both items should be received by the release date, only the game is shown to be shipped, should I expect them together ?”

They shipped mine since Wednesday and barely shipped the steel book on Friday. So 2 packages in my experience. They have cancelled my pre-order bonuses before so good luck.
