You have to call customer service to update your email. This situation also happened to me.

If you preordered the Deluxe Edition of re4 than you should get a steel book. As for the digital content (Gold Attache Case and Charm) im going to tell you exactly what to do. You must call "Best buy Digital Download Dept" tell the auto voice you want "Digital Download Dept", explain respectfully to the agent that you did not receive the content. He will ask for your order #, and (again cant stress this enough be respectful and nice these guys are helping you get what you paid for) youll get your email to redeem your code on your console. Explain you purchased the deluxe edition and give them your order number. As long as you pre ordered it properly on the correct date, they will email the code to you as soon as you get off the phone. I know its frustrating, but i cant stress this enough to be RESPECTFUL to the agent. Hes trying to gelp you out. Good luck!
