Is this compatible with Windows Vista? null

Hello! The P1 will be simply read as a USB drive when connected to as a computer. Therefore, it is possible it will work with Windows Vista. However, the videos might be be playable, if that's the case, we recommend downloading the VLC video player to play the videos.
