Hi Thank you for your message. The S1 Pro has internal memory and does not support any SD cards. It will not continuously record while the vehicle is off, but if you have the device hardwired, you will be able to use the parking mode feature. That feature will turn your device on whenever it detects motion or vibrations (like a collision) when the vehicle is off and parked.
