I would imagine there is an official recommended cold limit, however I've been truly impressed with how well it has done during the brutally cold weather we've had this year. Mine continued to fire right up in the AM the few weeks we had highs in the negative teens! One morning when the overnight low (air temp, not wind chill) was -25 it did take a few minutes of driving before it was willing to power up, but then again I wasn't sure my car would even be willing to start that morning... :)
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can handle 140 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer and -40 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter. You should have absolutely no problem with the New England climate, I live in Canada and have had no problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Worked fine in 3 degree temp recently- but protect from high heat - remove from clip on wind shield when parked in sun in the summer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.between - 10 c to 70 c just unplug when too cold
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I live in Massachusetts, it was -5° on Monday. The camera did not seem affected by this at all, although I did not check to see the video it records since I didn’t get in an accident. I would be more concerned about how it operates on an extremely hot summer day when it gets over 110 degrees in your car.
