“Does the camera keeps on recording when the camera is parked?”

Yes, as long as it has power, or the accessory power on your ignition is on.

Yes if your power supply is one that stays active when car off ( cig lighter).

From my experience, really depends on how you wire it and the settings, I have mine set up with the ignition
