Hello! It seems like a problem related to the video player being used. We recommend playing the videos with a different video player. We recommend VLC as it supports many different file formats. VLC can be downloaded free of charge here: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/ After having VLC installed in your computer, you can simply drag the video into the window and it should play.
