Does this camera have an app for smart phones null

Yes it does have an app currently. Make sure the cameras wifi is on before you connect to unit through the app

It does but it's terrible. Maybe they have fixed it but I doubt it. Personally I feel the app is worthless. Probably just there to get your info and sell it.

Here's the deal. Great camera for emergencies that occur. BUT, the app is a scam app that demands permissions and to collect your IMEI (phone serial number) SimCard Serial Number, MacAddress of your phone, and a few other unnecessary pieces of information. These pieces of secure information combined would allow hackers to impersonate your phone, and make requests to PayPal, banks, portfolios, etc in your name just by cloning your phone. That way, any accounts you have could be reset (password) and even with two factor authentication, could allow a scammer or hacker to seize your accounts. NO WAY.. I have two of these cams but will NEVER put the app on my phone. People need to be careful about 'free apps'.

Hi Vince, No apps. I just connect the wifi to settings WiFi in my iPhone X and it can be viewed from the cell phone as well. Thanks Fernando
