Backup camera water proof ? null

It is but you should mount it on the inside of the back window. Picture is very clear even with my tinted window. I own a 2018 Ford Escape. I put mine outside and realized it’s better inside. You can angle it to give you a perfect view.

Ours is mounted inside the rear window so it is safe.

Rear camera is not waterproof and is not a backup camera. It is only a rear facing camera for recording the road behind the vehicle.

I like this unit nice and clear out front and rear at the GPS and you get your speed I recommend this to anybody that wants to protect her vehicle
