“We are trying to set up dash cam and cannot get it to go to menu so we can format the SD card. We are doing everything the installation instructions say to do. Is this possibly a defective unit? We have a Rexing V3 Plus from Best Buy. Just purchased 9-4-2”

Hi! Thank you for your message! You can not enter the menu settings without stopping the recording first. Please try stopping the recording and then enter the menu settings. This is the same for all of our devices and it is a safety measure to ensure the device is always recording and not interrupted by mistakenly pressing the menu button. Kind regards TEAM REXING
