• Hello! No. If you use the hardwire kit, it will grant you the ability to record when the dashcam is parked and something triggers the sensors. However, even this would not be 24/7!

• It does have the mode, but you need to buy the separately sold hardwire kit. Instructions state the mode can function with the plug-in power but will drain vehicle battery in a short time.
