“Does this have a rumble wheel and lit marquee like the one Arcade1up is selling directly? Could I use it without the riser for a sit down if I provide my own seat? I prefer to sit for racing games and the spot I plan to put it in is 4 ft tall w slope roof”

Yes, it has the rumble wheel and lit marquee. Though not all the racing games support the rumble. As for sitting, you can either use a tall stool in front of the cabinet on the riser (which is what I do sometimes), or you could remove the riser and just slide the pedal plate forward. The pedal plate fits nicely in the notched area of the riser, but you can easily slide it forward. It just has a long cable that goes under the cabinet and connects in the back. You could run that around the side and put it directly on the floor, though keep in mind the pedals will stick out a few inches farther than they do when sitting inside the riser.
