“I bought a Plantronics RIG 400 HS headphone set from another store. I am trying to use the headphones on a Dell Optiplex 7050 computer and a HP 2509m Monitor that has speakers built in, but it does not provide any sound through the headphones. Help!”

Hi Neel. Most likely you need to go into your PC sound settings and manually chose your sound output device. Likely it is set to the internal speakers as default. Some PC's will switch automatically when a headset is plugged in. Other PC's, you need to manually chose your audio output device. Hope that helps.
