Hi Broken, Please make sure you are using the proper RIG audio dial sleeve for the XBox controllers for full insertion into the 3.5mm audio port on your XBox or PS4/5 controller. XBox is the rubber sleeve with the extended curve part at the bottom. PS4/PS5 has the rubber sleeve with the extended part at the top. For PC gaming, remove the rubber sleeve. And make sure the audio cable is fullly inserted on the headset speaker end. If that doesn't resolve the issue, and if the unit is within the 1 year warranty period, then please contact RIG Customer Support via email at [email protected] for warranty service. Thanks.
