“My RIG 600 PRO the dual mode isn’t functioning properly I think. Youtube music on my iPhone will play in Bluetooth mode, but the moment I switch it to dual mode, I hear “DUAL MODE” then the music from my phone cuts and I only hear the game.”

Hi Zach, Your RIG 600 PRO is functioning as designed. The 2.4GHz lag-free Game audio and the Bluetooth connection mode are both available in Dual mode but the RIG 600 PRO does not have simultaneous audio. When in Dual Mode, the Game audio will take precedence. If a call was to come in on your Bluetooth connected iPhone, then it would pause the game audio to allow you to take the call. After the call, it would revert back to Game audio. Or if you were not connected to the wireless transmitter, then the Bluetooth connection would be your primary connection for streaming audio or receiving calls.
