• A:Answer Hi Sandry, The RIG 600 PRO HX Dual Wireless headset cannot connect to two devices without the dongle. By dual wireless, we refer to one connection to 2.4GHz digital RF wireless via connection between headset and included wireless transmitter that is plugged into Xbox, PlayStation, Switch Dock or PC. And the second connection is Bluetooth wireless - typically connected to a smartphone. And audio streams are either device when set to "Dual" mode, not simultaneous. So typically, someone is using the connection for gaming audio on their console, then a call comes in to their smartphone and it pauses the game audio with the incoming phone call. Answer or reject the call to return to game audio. Of if you turn off your game, then you can stream music on your smartphone seamlessly to your RIG 600 PRO headphones. Q: QuestionMy RIG 600 PRO the dual mode isn’t functioning properly I think. Youtube music on my iPhone will play in Bluetooth mode, but the moment I switch it to dual mode, I hear “DUAL MODE” then the music from my phone cuts and I only hear the game.

• A:Answer Hi Zach, Your RIG 600 PRO is functioning as designed. The 2.4GHz lag-free Game audio and the Bluetooth connection mode are both available in Dual mode but the RIG 600 PRO does not have simultaneous audio. When in Dual Mode, the Game audio will take precedence. If a call was to come in on your Bluetooth connected iPhone, then it would pause the game audio to allow you to take the call. After the call, it would revert back to Game audio. Or if you were not connected to the wireless transmitter, then the Bluetooth connection would be your primary connection for streaming audio or receiving calls. • A:Answer Hello Joel, Here are instructions for pairing your RIG 600 PRO HX to Nintendo Switch: 1. First, make sure the RIG 600 PRO HX is set to either Dual or Bluetooth mode (using Mode button - top of left ear cup) 2. Next, press and hold the Mode button until you hear "Pairing Bluetooth" from the headphone audio 3. From the Switch home screen, go to System Settings. 4. Select Bluetooth Audio. 5. Select Pair Device. 6. Select "RIG 600 PRO" from the list of Bluetooth devices to get connected. Once you are paired it should stay paired. And you can change the RIG 600 PRO HX Mode from Game (USB-C adapter only), Bluetooth Or Dual which maintains a connection with both the USB-C adapter and Bluetooth. We hope that helps. Q: QuestionWill this work on a ps3 and a ps5?

• A:Answer Hello CB33, The RIG 600 PRO HX will work with the PS5, but it will not work with the PS3. The PS3 was not set up for streaming complete game audio to 3rd party headsets via the USB port. To use the 600 PRO HX with PS5, the included wireless adapter should be set to "PC", and the included USB-C to USB-A adapter utilized to plug the wireless adapter into your PS5 console. Please note: Game audio/chat audio balance would need to be done in the console - the function is not available from the headset for PS5. Thank you for your interest in RIG gaming audio from Nacon.

Q: QuestionIt is said that these use a dual-mode wireless system with a low-latency 2.4GHz USB-C wireless adapter and Bluetooth connectivity. What does that even mean? Please explain the how and why these product is both Bluetooth and USB-C wired. Thank You
