Hi Sandry, The RIG 600 PRO HX Dual Wireless headset cannot connect to two devices without the dongle. By dual wireless, we refer to one connection to 2.4GHz digital RF wireless via connection between headset and included wireless transmitter that is plugged into Xbox, PlayStation, Switch Dock or PC. And the second connection is Bluetooth wireless - typically connected to a smartphone. And audio streams are either device when set to "Dual" mode, not simultaneous. So typically, someone is using the connection for gaming audio on their console, then a call comes in to their smartphone and it pauses the game audio with the incoming phone call. Answer or reject the call to return to game audio. Of if you turn off your game, then you can stream music on your smartphone seamlessly to your RIG 600 PRO headphones.
