“Got the headset to use with an Xbox series s. Plugged in the usb dongle set it for Xbox turned on the headset and it doesn’t connect to the headset. It just says searching for usb then nothing happens connects just fine with bt to my phone.”

The headset and wireless transmitter are supposed to be paired at the factory prior to shipment. To manually pair it to the USB-C transmitter, start with the headset powered OFF. Press and hold the RIG 600 PRO headset power button (long press) until LED blinks (flashing purple), you will hear the audio prompt “Power On”, and then you will hear “Pairing USB”. You will hear audio confirmation of connection of the USB-C transmitter to the headset. Then with the headset powered on, you can use the Bluetooth button on the left earcup to toggle between Dual mode, Game mode (USB adapter only) or Bluetooth mode for Bluetooth only.
