A:Answer Hi Brad, we're deeply sorry to hear this. Please note once the headset is fully charged they stop receiving power though it is not ideal to leave the headset charging for 30 days straight. In order to extend the battery life of our products,(if storing your headset for an extended period of time), we always recommend to discharge it to around a 40 to 50 percent charge. Lithium ion oxidizes at its highest rate if the battery is fully charged, which leads to quicker deterioration. To troubleshoot your unit, Set the Power-switch to the "ON" position, then connect the headset to the charger using a power-source with 5V output. The headset should cycle through the "power on/power off" voice prompts and showcase an indicator light soon after. If the unit still doesn't respond, please try using a different micro-USB cable to isolate the cause of the issue. If the headset is unresponsive then there might be an actual problem and it is best to replace it. If it has been a few days or a couple of weeks since you've purchased this unit, you might still be able to replace it through our website as long as you have a copy of your receipt.
