The charging cables come with the cameras but you will need a charging box.

You get 1 battery per camera. The battery is removable and can be charged with a normal wall charger.

Thank you for your questions. No, separate device is not needed to charge the battery pack, the Ring Stick Up Cam Battery comes with a charging cable to charge the battery packs. Each Ring Stick Up Cam Battery comes with it's own battery pack.
