• No! The ring, smart bulb is not motion activated. It does not record video or audio. But you can use the bridge and set it to dusk to dawn or any lighting schedule. You can also adjust the dimness and brightness.

• The bulb itself is not motion activated, but if you pair it with a Ring Doorbell it can be set to turn on when motion is detected by the doorbell.
