Hi LT, Thanks for reaching out. Yes, Ring Alarm supports Z-Wave devices. However, please do note that although other Z-Wave sensors can be added to the system they will not be used for security purposes or dispatch to police. Thanks, Kaitlyn R., Customer Satisfaction Specialist [email protected]
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can link the existing z wave door and motion sensors to the Ring; however, only Ring sensors can be included in their monitoring. So, you can view history of a non-Ring sensor in the app and it will tell you if the sensors "faults" or "clears" but it will not send you or Ring monitoring a notification. When you go to the Advanced options of the non-Ring sensor, the only option is to Remove Failed Device.
