Hi Bob, You would need to purchase Ring Alarm Flood and Freeze Sensors in order to detect water as soon as possible, limiting the damage that can occur. You'd need to place the Alarm Flood and Freeze Sensor on the floor or any flat surface under a sink, refrigerator or any other water source, and you'll get alerts when water or low temperatures are detected.
