“I don’t have Alexa, Echo or anything Ring. Have never used those items. Is this system standalone complete, or does it need to be paired with any of those items? I do have internet WiFi, and will purchase the monthly monitoring. Pls spell it out for me.”

I didn’t have Echo, Alexa or any Ring products before I purchased the Ring doorbell & also a Ring home system with sensors & monitors. All you need is internet. The products are paired with your phone to get alerts. It was easy to install & works well with my iPhone.
