Only if they know where the sensor  is positioned on the inside of the window.  If they can figure this out, they are getting in no matter what

Hello Jdo,

Ring Alarm Contact Sensors have a built in "Tampered" feature. A Tampered icon is orange in the Ring App. This varies by device but usually indicates that the cover is off or that someone has been tinkering with the device.
