Hi DaveG. Great question! Yes, the Ring app is compatible with Android devices running Android Version 9 or higher, with access to the Google Play Store. Ring Alarm Pro is easy to set up, and no professional installation is required. You’ll use the Ring app to complete the initial Ring Alarm Pro setup, and then we’ll direct you to the eero app to set up (or log in to) your account and create a wifi network. After you've finished configuring your system, you can add Ring cameras, alarm security devices, compatible smart home devices, and enroll in professional monitoring.Check out our support center for additional information.
