If you get WiFi service in the garage, then yes. You may have to purchase an additional accessory to extent the central hub range to have the sensor work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That is entirely dependent on signal. You can get boosters. Also, what side of the house is your hub? Potentially if your hub is on the nearest wall, up high, and you have electricity for a booster it should work. The caveat, however, is your home network signal. If your wireless access point isn't good all bets are off.
